Welcome to the website for the Garden City 3 on 3 Charity Basketball Tournament. The second annual tournament in the summer of 2010 was a great success raising nearly $5000 for the MLSE Team Up Foundation!
This year, we have a very special guest attending to help encourage teams to bring their best ball skills out for a tournament like no other. Sonny Weems from the Toronto Raptors is coming down to check out YOUR skills on the court - he will be judging the slam dunk contest and coaching the top fundraising team in their final game.*
The 2011 tournament is scheduled for Saturday, June 18th and will again be held at Brock University’s Ian Beddis Basketball Complex. It’s shaping up to be an incredible tournament with an amazing prize list which is still being assembled. Due to overwhelming interest in 2010, the tournament will run longer this year to increase capacity – be sure to register early to save your spot!
The Garden City Tournament has teamed up again this year with the MLSE Team Up Foundation. This relationship has helped to build an impressive selection of prizes for the division champions and raffle winners!
